• Full-cycle recruitment for Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Creative, and G&A in
• Collaborate with hiring managers and the global People team to build diverse, high-performing teams.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from outreach to offer.
• Source and engage talent for specialized, business-critical roles; build inclusive pipelines.
• Improve recruiting outcomes by refining interview processes and reducing time-to-hire.
• Coach interviewers on inclusive hiring practices and interview excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• In-house, full-cycle recruiter with multi-function support experience.
• Experience recruiting mid-to-senior Commercial roles (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, etc.) in
• Proven ability to source passive talent for niche roles.
• Experience partnering with managers and senior stakeholders to shape hiring strategies.
• Familiar with applicant tracking systems; Greenhouse and Workday experience is beneficial.
• Collaborative, proactive, multi-search management; commitment to inclusive hiring and candidate
