📋 Description

• Independently manage full-cycle recruiting for U.S. and LATAM-based roles across business functions
• Build strong stakeholder trust by partnering closely with hiring managers to translate role
• Lead sourcing, outreach, screening, interview coordination and offer management
• Provide a seamless, inclusive and high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Apply compliant hiring practices aligned with U.S. and LATAM employment regulations
• Apply structured sourcing and screening strategies, leveraging talent-market insights, recruiting

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, ideally in fast-paced B2B SaaS or startup environments
• Proven experience recruiting for U.S. and LATAM-based roles across multiple functions and across
• Strong understanding of hiring practices and employment regulations in the U.S.; familiarity with
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to build deep stakeholder trust, advise hiring managers, and collaborate
