📋 Description

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake meetings and sourcing through candidate
• Partner with practice leaders and senior stakeholders to forecast hiring demand, align recruitment
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using direct outreach, referrals, alumni
• Manage recruiting budgets and monitor cost-per-hire, agency expenditures, sourcing channel

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including a minimum of 3 years in consulting
• A demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets, supported by measurable
• Experience recruiting across multiple seniority levels, from campus and early-career candidates to
• Proven ability to identify, engage, assess, and close passive candidates in competitive talent
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, including familiarity with recruiting budgets, agency fee
