📋 Description

• Lead full-cycle recruiting searches across Engineering and Product, from initial role definition
• Partner with C-level executives, senior leaders, and other stakeholders to establish role
• Deliver a personalized, high-quality candidate experience throughout every stage of the recruitment
• Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate leadership capabilities, readiness for the role, business
• Develop inclusive, data-informed search strategies that promote diversity and identify exceptional
• Prepare polished, insight-driven candidate summaries and present clear recommendations to hiring

🎯 Requirements

• At least seven years of recruiting experience within a global organization or a retained or
• Strong understanding of leadership assessment, organizational structures, business priorities, and
• Demonstrated ability to influence, guide, and advise senior leaders on important hiring decisions.
• Excellent interviewing, candidate evaluation, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and AI-enhanced recruiting
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, Glean, Perplexity, and automation assistants, with the
