📋 Description

Client-facing TAM role with ~4 strategic accounts
Collaborate with Customer Success to define engagement plans
Manage milestones, provide status updates, mitigate risks
Centralize client technical information and contribute to account strategy
Support growth of Field Engineering through process optimization
Provide hands-on guidance on Dataiku platform architecture and operations

🎯 Requirements

7+ years in a customer-facing technical role
Strong client-facing communication and pre/post-sale ability
Linux system administration, networking
Experience with LDAP, Kerberos, AD, IAM
Hands-on with AWS, Azure, GCP
Kubernetes, Hadoop and/or Spark administration/troubleshooting
