Very client-facing TAM role with ~4 strategic accounts.
Act as technical advisor on Dataiku platform architecture, operations, and best practices.
Support deployments, upgrades, data management, ML-Ops, security, compute resources, and monitoring.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
Strong Linux administration and networking.
Experience with authentication systems (LDAP, Kerberos, AD, IAM).
Hands-on with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Kubernetes.
Experience with Hadoop/Spark ecosystem; Python expertise; some Java and ML Ops knowledge is a plus.
Excellent communication and ability to work through both pre- and post-sale phases.
