📋 Description

• Roadmap tracking: track deadlines, ad-hoc requests, and assign daily tasks.
• Scoping & sprint planning: scope requests, define acceptance criteria, run standups.
• Unblocking & delivery: identify/clear blockers, adjust timelines, inform stakeholders.
• Cross-domain coordination: track projects across data infra, payments, internal tools, GDPR.
• Coaching & 1:1s: run regular 1:1s to align goals and remove roadblocks.
• Mentorship: mentor data engineering team members.
• Onboarding & growth: improve onboarding for new data team members.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in technical PM/production/ops in gaming or data infra.
• Strong software architecture sense: APIs, databases, frontend/backend.
• Tooling: Jira, Basecamp, Confluence for workflows and dashboards.
• Strategic inquiry: ask questions to uncover risks early.
• Problem solving: use data to identify bottlenecks and improve.
• Independent judgement: manage workflows independently.
• Communication: update stakeholders and coordinate with QA/Support.
