Sr. Technical Product Owner

📋 Description

• Drive development and delivery of digital products.
• Own and maintain a prioritized backlog with epics, features, and user stories.
• Collaborate with developers, UX designers, and product managers.
• Write acceptance criteria and ensure teams understand user stories.
• Lead agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews.
• Mentor other Product Owners and share best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-year degree in IT, Engineering, or Business Management, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years as Product Owner on an agile software product team.
• Deep understanding of agile delivery principles and practices.
• Backlog grooming, acceptance criteria, and roadmaps.
• Strong written and verbal communication; distill complex concepts.
• Experience with Azure native applications.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, Trello, Lucid, and Confluence.
• Strong organizational and project management skills; multi-priority in fast-paced environments.
