📋 Description

• Own end-to-end project execution across lifecycle with product/engineering.
• Build and maintain project plans; track milestones; manage risks.
• Lead PMO for ML agent platform and AI products.
• Embed AI into each SDLC phase: requirements, development, testing, release.
• Improve team processes to raise quality and productivity.
• Facilitate lightweight agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in technical program management in software, 2+ yrs AI/ML context.
• Delivery ownership of AI/ML initiatives or SDLC modernization.
• Fluency in AI-driven SDLC: AI-assisted requirements, tooling, test automation.
• Strong stakeholder mgmt across CTO, VPs, ICs; translate tech to executives.
• Led programs spanning multiple Scrum teams, including offshore-heavy.
• Hands-on with Jira/Confluence and engineering metrics (DORA, SPACE).
