Sr. Technical Program Manager, Data & Audit Readiness

📋 Description

• Act as the PM layer for the Data team during audits, coordinating with Audit, Risk, Security
• Maintain and improve audit readiness through inventories, playbooks, catalogs, and data access
• Translate audit engagements into coordinated, well-documented responses.
• Collaborate with Data Governance to identify endorsed datasets and tables as audit-ready.
• Manage auditor data access roles and ensure access is fit for purpose.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in program/project management, audit coordination, or data governance in regulated
• Experience with SOC, SOX, IT general controls, or regulatory audit frameworks.
• Proven ability to liaise between technical teams and auditors/Compliance.
• Strong organizational skills; adept at inventories, playbooks, documentation for recurring
• Familiarity with data cataloging, tagging, and governance practices supporting audit readiness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
