Sr. Technical Program Manager, FDE Engagements

📋 Description

• Lead lifecycle of forward-deployed engineering engagements with FDEs and customer teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and customers to drive agent delivery.
• Shape real-world agent outcomes and inform product direction with customer feedback.
• Coordinate onboarding, planning, risk management, and execution across the engagement lifecycle.
• Drive ownership when items lack a clearly assigned owner.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years leading complex technical programs in enterprise software, platform, or AI.
• Fluency in modern AI architectures, including LLM-based workflows and evaluation.
• Navigate ambiguous, fast-changing environments with structured planning.
• Partner across Engineering, Product, and customer stakeholders to align goals and timelines.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) with clear, durable documentation.
