Sr. Technical Program Manager I - Enterprise

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, enterprise programs.
• Lead multiple high-impact programs, controlling scope, timeline, and risk.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to translate requirements into plans.
• Serve as trusted program lead for customers and stakeholders in high-stakes situations.
• Drive alignment across Sales, PSO, Engineering, Product, and partners.
• Anticipate risks early and mitigate before they impact delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years leading complex programs in enterprise SaaS or hardware-enabled platforms.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale deployments for enterprise/global customers.
• Program management fundamentals: scope, schedule, risk, dependencies, change.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Services.
• Operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments; make decisions with incomplete information.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Information Systems; PMP preferred.
