10+ years in technical program mgmt or network eng (hyperscaler/large-scale).
Experience managing large-scale network deployments (fabric, backbone, optical).
Deep data center network architectures and topologies knowledge.
Strong knowledge of physical stack: cabling, optics, vendor HW.
Program mgmt fundamentals; proficient with Jira/Asana/PMP.
Ability to lead matrixed, cross-functional teams in fast-paced env.
