📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs across product and engineering.
• Build scalable execution systems and embed AI into program operations.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to translate strategy into execution.
• Define operating models, cadence, governance, and reporting structures.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years leading cross-functional technical programs in SaaS
• Operate independently and drive clarity in ambiguity
• Deliver programs spanning multiple teams, systems, and stakeholders
• Influence cross-functional and executive stakeholders
• Manage dependencies, risks, and competing priorities at scale
• Excellent communication; translate complex topics into actionable insights
