Sr. Technical Recruiter (6-month Contract Role)

📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for primarily technical roles (e.g., engineering, infrastructure, etc.)
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategy, and ideal
• Source, engage, and attract top technical talent across LATAM and U.S. markets using AI-first
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across key regions and talent segments
• Conduct initial screens to assess technical alignment, experience, and culture fit
• Deliver a high-quality, consistent candidate experience throughout the hiring process

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a technical recruiter with a strong focus on technical roles, owning
• Strong sourcing background using LinkedIn Recruiter and AI sourcing tools (Gem, HireEZ, Juicebox
• Experience hiring across LATAM and/or the U.S. strong understanding of regional talent markets
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, contract environment with evolving priorities
• Ability to flex across role types (technical and non-technical) based on business needs
• Strong partnership skills with hiring managers and the ability to influence hiring decisions
