📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for roles at Gusto, with a focus on req-based hiring and strategic
• Partner closely with Hiring PEs to understand org goals and develop customized hiring plans that
• Build deep, consultative relationships with hiring managers, navigating complex or evolving hiring
• Develop tailored strategies to attract, engage, and close exceptional talent through representative
• Provide a thoughtful, high-touch candidate experience throughout the entire process.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams like Compensation, People Partners, and Executive

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 2+ years in a high-growth tech environment.
• Demonstrated success in req-based recruiting, with a focus on mid- to senior-level hiring.
• Strong track record of influencing and coaching hiring PEs through the entire recruiting lifecycle.
• Proficient with Greenhouse, Gem, Slack, LinkedIn Recruiter, and G-Suite; Demonstrated experience
• Growth mindset toward AI adoption and ability to integrate new tools into recruiting workflows
• Committed to inclusive hiring practices, with experience building representative pipelines and
