Sr. Technical Recruiter

📋 Description

• Run a full desk handling sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of mission-critical roles.
• Represent SpaceX to candidates with professionalism, pride, and enthusiasm.
• Partner with client groups to discuss headcount, requisitions, hiring strategy, and interview feedback.
• Source candidates, including passive candidates, and present top options for interviews.
• Coordinate candidate tours and the interview process to manage the candidate experience.
• Lead the offer process, including background checks and extending offers.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years recruiting experience; or associate degree and 6+ years; or 7+ years in lieu of a degree.
• 2+ years of technical recruiting experience.
• 2+ years of corporate (G&A) recruiting experience.
• In-house recruiting experience.
• High-volume recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting electrical, mechanical and aerospace engineers.
