• Senior member of Nuro’s Technical Sourcing team, build and maintain top-tier pipelines for
• Partner with engineering leaders and recruiters; deliver targeted research and personalized
• Own top-of-funnel from research to initial engagement and qualification; ensure high-signal
• Leverage non-traditional sourcing channels to uncover undervalued or hard-to-find talent.
• Track pipeline data, funnel health, and sourcing impact; surface insights and blockers.

• 5+ years of technical sourcing in Robotics, AI/ML, Autonomy, or deeply technical domains.
• Proven success engaging passive talent in competitive markets.
• Strong technical acumen; able to ramp on new domains quickly.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple searches.
• Data-driven mindset; use funnel metrics to prioritize and demonstrate impact.
• Curious, persistent, and energized by long-term sourcing work.

🎁 Benefits

• Base pay range: $132,300 – $198,4500. Eligible for annual bonus, equity, and benefits.
