• Develop and execute a comprehensive sourcing strategy to identify and attract top technical talent

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of technical sourcing experience, ideally in a high-growth tech environment.
• Proven track record of building and executing successful sourcing strategies for senior and
• Expertise in utilizing an array of sourcing channels and AI sourcing tools.
• Strong research and talent mapping skills with the ability to generate leads for hard-to-fill roles.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, with a focus on creating a positive
• Self-starter with a high degree of autonomy and an entrepreneurial mindset.
