Sr. Technical Support Engineer

📋 Description

• Serve as SME on Pinterest API and partner integrations
• Lead development and broad adoption of Pinterest Integration products with partners
• Own technical relationships with Tier 1 partners/Advertisers; deliver end-to-end support
• Provide proactive and reactive technical support through dedicated channels
• Lead complex engineering projects end-to-end: API launches and large-scale integrations
• Develop and maintain monitoring systems to keep partner integrations highly available

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in Support/Solution/Partner Engineering or integrations
• Experience leading technical partner/client calls
• Experience integrating external APIs at scale using SDKs or client code
• Experience writing scripts for data manipulation; Python or shell scripting
• Experience leveraging AI to improve work quality and decision-making
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
