📋 Description

• Deliver premier technical support to international defense and government customers.
• Develop deep expertise in Skydio drone, controller, cloud, and support products.
• Troubleshoot issues across UAS hardware, software, cloud services, and workflows.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically to resolve issues quickly.
• Serve as frontline Voice of Customer to PM, Product, Engineering, and Support.
• Collaborate across teams to resolve complex issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with drones, UAVs, or UAS platforms.
• Customer support in defense, government, public safety, or mission-critical settings.
• Experience supporting technical products for professional or government users.
• Strong troubleshooting with triage, escalation, and case management.
• Ability to travel to regional customer sites up to 10%.
