🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of enterprise SaaS tech writing in Agile environments; ERP exposure.
• Excellent English, grammar, and localization-friendly docs.
• Ability to read designs, inspect code, and translate logic to user docs.
• Mastery of DITA and CCMS; XML/DITA schemas and metadata taxonomies.
• AI/LLM prompting to accelerate content with quality checks.
• Autonomous release ownership; evaluate readiness and sign-off across time zones.
