📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end documentation strategy for complex product areas, creating modular, topic-based
• Analyze technical workflows, product specifications, and engineering documentation to transform
• Interview subject matter experts, review technical designs, and investigate product behavior to

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably within enterprise SaaS, software platforms
• Experience documenting sophisticated products involving complex workflows, algorithms, mathematical
• Exceptional English communication skills with strong knowledge of grammar, composition, style
• Ability to understand technical designs, read source code, navigate engineering environments, and
• Hands-on experience with DITA, XML-based authoring, topic-based content development, content reuse
• Familiarity with AI-assisted documentation workflows, including prompt engineering and responsible
