📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end documentation strategy for complex product areas, delivering accurate, modular
• Research product functionality by reviewing technical specifications, exploring software workflows
• Create, maintain, and improve user guides, technical documentation, release docs, API content, and
• Own documentation quality throughout the release lifecycle, performing verification and supporting
• Utilize AI-powered writing tools to accelerate workflows while upholding editorial quality and
• Collaborate with engineering, product, UX, and support to identify gaps and improve the user

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of technical writing in enterprise SaaS or software development.
• Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, CS, Engineering, IT, English, or related field, or
• Strong expertise in structured authoring: DITA, XML, topic-based content, CCMS.
• Ability to understand complex technical concepts from docs, software architecture, and source code.
• Experience creating docs for enterprise software, cloud platforms, ERP, or similar.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation and LLMs, plus content validation best practices.
