Sr Technician, NETS Advanced Voice Routing

📋 Description

• Diagnose and resolve complex network, voice routing, and support issues using advanced troubleshooting.
• Investigate, prioritize, and manage incidents across multiple tools for timely resolution.
• Monitor network performance and outages; escalate critical issues to engineering teams.
• Provide real-time technical assistance to operations teams and internal stakeholders via multiple channels.
• Collaborate with engineers, partners, and vendors to identify root causes and implement improvements.
• Maintain documentation and update systems with manual interventions to keep records current.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years of relevant technical support, network operations, or telecommunications experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with ticketing and incident management systems in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on with Sprinkler, Remedy TTS, ServiceNow, Fetch It Up, ECM, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently.
• Experience supporting network operations, voice routing, or large-scale infrastructure environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
