Sr. Test Engineer

📋 Description

• Take ownership of testing activities across functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Develop, review, maintain, and execute comprehensive test cases for systems.
• Translate requirements into effective testing scenarios and quality criteria.
• Identify, document, track, and validate defects through resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and Scrum teams in Agile delivery.
• Maintain consistent testing standards across multiple teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Scrum/Agile environments.
• Extensive software testing lifecycle experience: test case development, execution, defect
• Strong experience in functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Advanced analytical, quantitative, deductive reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Experience with Automated Change Management and change-control processes.
