Own CHT and thermal-fluid analysis for cold plates, heat exchangers, radiator channels
Own 0-D/1-D thermal-fluid network sizing cooling loop (flow, DP, DT, pump)
Drive cooling-loop architecture trades with hardware and vehicle teams
Co-evolve geometry, materials and processes for mass-producible, efficient thermal solutions
Predict component and system performance under wide range of flow and thermal conditions
Own pre-test prediction, test design, and model-test correlation

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, aerospace, or related engineering
5+ years of professional experience in fluids, CFD, or thermal analysis
Master's degree in mechanical, aerospace, or related engineering
Conjugate heat-transfer CFD with STAR-CCM+, ANSYS Fluent/CFX
Hand-calc checks and judgment on mesh, turbulence, and model fidelity
Hands-on hardware testing with instrumentation selection and model correlation
