Sr. Training Consultant

📋 Description

• Serve as trusted advisor to understand mission, priorities, and outcomes
• Conduct skills gap analysis to identify workforce capabilities
• Design roadmaps aligning Esri training to customer goals
• Proactively identify business development opportunities via ongoing engagement
• Partner with Esri teams to shape comprehensive solutions
• Represent and communicate the value of training to customers

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of consulting, advisory, or workforce development experience
• Direct work-related experience in or familiarity with state/local government operations
• Demonstrated ability to apply creativity and structured thinking in a consultative engagement
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level presentation
• Ability to travel as needed, up to 20% of the time
• US citizenship
