📋 Description

• Serve as trusted advisor to understand goals and priorities
• Lead strategic consulting with stakeholders at all levels
• Translate organizational goals into workforce development strategies
• Partner with Esri BD to close capability gaps
• Help customers accelerate adoption of Esri technology
• Shape solutions addressing customer organizational challenges

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of consulting or workforce development experience
• Direct experience with state/local government operations
• Creativity and structured thinking in consultative engagements
• Excellent verbal and written communication, exec-level presenting
• Ability to travel up to 20%
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
