Sr. Training Coordinator, RCM

📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve training curricula across RCM functions, including
• Create and maintain a range of learning materials, including job aids, pathways, playbooks
• Partner with training and education leadership to establish measures that assess training
• Deliver and coordinate training programs for new hires and existing employees, ensuring sessions
• Work with leadership and senior staff to understand specific training needs and translate business
• Develop and coordinate effective training rollouts for new systems, processes, system enhancements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred
• Demonstrated experience working in the healthcare industry required
• Anesthesia experience considered an advantage
• Strong knowledge of revenue cycle management within physician practices is preferred
• Experience using athenaIDX or comparable healthcare revenue cycle and practice management systems
• 10+ years of individual and team training experience is preferred
