• Partner with leadership to identify gaps and scalable training.
• Design and oversee training programs for Physician & APP Solutions.
• Establish training standards, competency models, and career paths.
• Evaluate and enhance programs based on needs and data.
• Create and maintain standardized materials, playbooks, and resources.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 7+ years in Locums BD or staffing training.
• Passion for delivering great recruiter experiences.
