📋 Description

• Facilitation at our AMI Immersive customer training programs in Austin, TX
• On-going development and management of AMI Training Center programs to help meet the needs of our
• Development and implementation of customer engagement strategies to include the end-to-end customer
• Manage in-classroom technologies and engagement strategies to include content development
• Partner with AMI cross-functional teams, internal sales/brand stakeholders and agency partners to
• Work cross-functionally with the field team on program communications and initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Role is based in Austin, TX
• Bachelor’s degree is required
• 3+ years’ experience in customer education training is required
• 4+ years’ experience in Medical Aesthetics, Medical Device or Pharmaceutical in the sector of Sales
• Flexibility in work hours and extended hours during program /event days (which may include
