Sr. UX/UI Designer

📋 Description

• Own UX/UI direction from homepage to checkout across Knix, KT, MNTD.
• Lead redesign and optimization of PDP, PLP, homepage, cart, checkout.
• Establish and maintain a living design system across web and mobile.
• Partner with ECommerce, Product, and Engineering to translate requirements.
• Drive iterative UI improvements using performance data and benchmarks.
• Develop motion specs for micro-interactions and transitions.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years UX/UI design, with direct-to-consumer eCommerce focus.
• Portfolio demonstrating sophisticated visual design and eCommerce outcomes.
• Expert in Figma with components, auto-layout, variables.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for dev fluency.
• Experience owning or contributing to a design system.
• Familiar with CRO concepts and conversion metrics.
• Interest in motion/interactions; Principle/After Effects a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
