Sr. Visual/Deck Designer

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of high-priority creative requests
• Lead design of presentation decks with data visuals
• Create and maintain templates and design systems
• Adapt assets across 16:9, 9:16, wide formats
• Develop social-first static and animated creative
• Translate brand messages into visual narratives

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in visual design or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or Visual Communications
• Strong portfolio in presentation/deck design, social-first creative, and storytelling
• Experience creating presentation assets with layouts, typography, data visualization
• Understanding of social platform requirements (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)
• Excellent typography, composition, color theory, visual hierarchy, brand consistency
