📋 Description

  • Strategize, implement, and manage website merchandising programs.
  • Represent US Outdoor eCommerce in product lifecycle and seasonal forecasts.
  • Lead go-to-market calendar across teams for campaigns and landing pages.
  • Oversee special projects, digital catalog liaison, and onsite merchandising features.
  • Collaborate with sales and demand planning on product lifecycle markdowns.
  • Monitor sell-through and report performance by category and SKU.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
  • 5+ years of FP&A experience.
  • Retail planning, buying, or allocation experience.
  • Footwear/apparel or outdoor industry experience.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce metrics, conversion funnel, KPIs.
  • Experience with Shopify, Salesforce, SAP or similar; MS Office proficient.
