Sr. Workday Adaptive Analyst

📋 Description

• Maintain and update Adaptive Planning models: Personnel, Expense, Balance Sheet.
• Build and configure new models, sheets, versions, and attributes.
• Design and integrate FP&A modeling techniques within Adaptive; enable AI forecasting.
• Manage Master Chart of Accounts and Organizational Levels within the system.
• Troubleshoot and refine complex formulas to improve performance and accuracy.
• Maximize Adaptive’s AI features and stay current with platform releases.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years financial systems operations and modeling, incl 3+ with Workday Adaptive.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or IS.
• Advanced Excel skills: Pivot Tables, Power Query, nested formulas.
• Experience with data manipulation tools: SQL, Python, AI tools.
• Ability to translate financial requirements into technical specs.
• Workday Adaptive Planning Certification is preferred.
