HCM configuration & support for core HR data and lifecycles
Integration architecture: design, build, troubleshoot Workday integrations
Security model management: RBAC, policies, audit readiness
Advanced business processes: configure rules, routing, approvals
Cross-functional partnerships with Ops, Security, Data Eng, Finance
Release management: test features, regression, production deployments

🎯 Requirements

5+ years Workday configuration & administration (HCM)
Design/build Workday integrations: EIBs, Core Connectors, API
Workday security configuration: domain, BPF, RBAC, audit
Advanced Workday BSP configuration: rules, routing, notifications
Strong analytical skills; communicate tech concepts clearly
Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth, ambiguous environments
