Own HCM configuration; optimize HR data, org structures, and worker lifecycles.
Design, build, and troubleshoot Workday integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, RAAS).
Own Workday security config (RBAC, domain policies, masking) and audit readiness.
Configure and deploy complex business processes, conditions, and approvals.
Collaborate with People Ops, Security, Data Eng, and Finance on requirements and data issues.
Manage Workday releases: test features, run regressions, and deploy updates.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in Workday configuration and HCM.
Proven experience designing/managing Workday integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, API).
Deep Workday security config: domain security, RBAC, audit compliance.
Advanced Workday BPA configuration: condition rules, notifications, routing.
Strong analytical skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-tech.
Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth, ambiguous environments.
