📋 Description

Updates/patches and maintains the Engineering Service Desk queue
Triages and processes team requests in a timely manner
Monitors platform health and mitigates deployment/ops issues
Assists with capacity, performance, and scalability testing
Acts as escalation point for platform issues from support teams
Interfaces with the SRE team to report issues and improvements

🎯 Requirements

1+ years in a Cloud Operations role
1+ years in production environment for large-scale apps
Programming interest: Go or shell scripting
General platform infra: HA, load balancing, routers, firewalls, storage
HTTP/SSL/SSH and Kubernetes knowledge
AWS and Azure cloud familiarity
