📋 Description

• Proactively identify operational risks, potential points of failure, and noisy alerts in production
• Contribute to the development and evolution of the observability platform across logs, metrics, and
• Conduct root-cause analyses and lead postmortems following significant incidents, documenting
• Respond to and troubleshoot critical production incidents across AWS and on-premises environments
• Identify FinOps opportunities and contribute to greater predictability and efficiency in cloud
• Collaborate closely with development teams to improve application reliability, performance

🎯 Requirements

• Solid professional experience troubleshooting production environments and distributed systems, with
• Hands-on experience working with AWS in production environments, particularly EC2, networking
• Exposure to containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and related
• Experience with infrastructure as code strategy for high-trust dashes with security implications
• Familiarity with workflow tooling, including but not limited to TeamCity, GitHub Actions, GitLab
• Knowledge of observability and monitoring tooling deep, incorporating metrics, logs, and traces.
