SSD Drive Qualification - Reliability Validation Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and execute SSD reliability and stress tests (RDT, 4-corner)
• Collaborate with NAND, firmware, hardware, and systems to define tests
• Own end-to-end RDT and reliability plans for new SSDs
• Plan and execute 4-corner and stress validation across voltage, temp, workload
• Translate customer requirements into concrete tests; provide readiness readouts
• Develop automated test content, harnesses, and CI in Python/Linux

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in SSD/storage reliability/validation
• Strong NAND fundamentals: P/E, wear-out, ECC, retention
• Hands-on RDT/ALT/ORT or equivalent programs
• Proficient in reliability stats and acceleration models
• JEDEC specs, OCP datacenter storage, NVMe requirements
• Python (or similar) for test/tools; Linux lab experience
