📋 Description

• Experience handling ticket queues and ops support.
• Databricks environments or integrations experience.
• CI/CD concepts; contribute to CI/CD frameworks.
• Blend engineering work with admin platform tasks.
• Strong collaboration with engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Prioritize operational requests and platform improvements.
• Configure or support identities, permissions, roles in platform.
