Strong Java — good with performance, memory, and multi-threading.
Numerical computing — comfortable with heavy calculations and parallel processing.
Credit counterparty risk internal model development.
Build & test tools — JUnit, Git, CI/CD.
Data — Spark and Parquet.
English — B2/C1.
