📋 Description

• Design end-to-end monitoring architectures for availability.
• Build monitoring using metrics, logs, and traces.
• Define SLI/SLO-based alerts aligned to business impact.
• Create real-time dashboards with Grafana/Kibana for ops teams.
• Implement monitoring automation and basic/intermediate AIOps.
• Document service maps, runbooks, and incident procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Monitoring, IT Ops, SRE, or Sys Admin.
• Expertise with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, New Relic, or Datadog.
• Cloud: AWS, Azure, or GCP; Docker and Kubernetes.
• Logs & tracing: Fluentd/Logstash/Loki; Jaeger/OpenTelemetry.
• Automation: Python or Bash for tooling and automation.
• Linux admin, RCA and event correlation; strong communicator.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Systems Eng, or equivalent.
