Stability Coordinator

📋 Description

• Perform sample accession tasks including opening, entering, tracking, labeling, shipping and
• Review sample inventory and communicate discrepancies
• Coordinate sample movement to and from stability chambers
• Enter detailed stability studies into Laboratory Information Systems (NIMS) for Food and Dietary
• Coordinate chamber-related activities including qualification, monitoring, environmental data
• Inform Study Director or management of problems/deviations affecting study integrity and recommend

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years work experience in related field
• Bachelor's degree in related science field preferred; experience may substitute education
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Customer service skills including attention to detail, accuracy, confidentiality and communication
• Proficient in department-specific software (NIMS) preferred
• Working knowledge of company procedures for sample receipt, transfer and shipping
