Performs sample accession tasks including opening, entering, tracking, labeling, shipping, and
Coordinates sample movement to and from stability chambers
Enters detailed stability studies into Laboratory Information Systems (NIMS) with high accuracy
Coordinates chamber activities including qualification, monitoring, environmental data review
Informs Study Director and/or management of problems/deviations affecting study integrity and
Assists in writing, reviewing, and finalizing stability protocols and quotes

🎯 Requirements

3+ years' work experience in related field
Bachelor's degree in related science field preferred; experience may substitute for education
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Customer service skills including attention to detail, accuracy, confidentiality, and communication
Proficiency in department-specific software (NIMS) preferred
Good documentation skills
