📋 Description

• Process betting transactions, handle cash, credit, and debit transactions.
• Manage and balance cash handling and betting transactions at the start and end of each shift.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues related to betting
• Maintain knowledge of current betting odds, lines, and rules to assist customers and make informed
• Identify and report any discrepancies or irregularities in betting transactions to management.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or over to work in one of our stadia.
• 1+ year of experience in a cash handling or customer service role.
• Familiarity with sports betting and wagering systems.
• Availability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
