Staff Accountant

📋 Description

• Execute multiple monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles end to end, ensuring accuracy and
• Prepare, review, and post journal entries; perform account reconciliations and flux analyses across
• Own and maintain NetSuite reporting, including building custom reports, saved searches, and
• Apply loan accounting standards including deferred fees and cost recognition (ASC 310-20) and
• Support CECL (Current Expected Credit Loss) reserve calculations, model inputs, and related
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Data, Risk, and Engineering teams to ensure accounting systems

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably including public accounting.
• CPA certification or actively pursuing CPA licensure (must be on track).
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple close cycles (monthly, quarterly, annual) in a fast-paced
• Proficiency with NetSuite ERP, including reporting, saved searches, and general ledger operations.
• Direct experience in financial services, fintech, or banking environments.
