Staff Accountant

📋 Description

• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, prepaids, and adjustments as part of the monthly
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations across multiple entities and international subsidiaries
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including vendor payments, donor invoicing, cash
• Record and reconcile international subsidiary activity, including multi-currency transactions and
• Record inventory and manufacturing transactions, and maintain fixed asset schedules and
• Prepare schedules, account analyses, and supporting documentation for the year-end audit, tax

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required; CPA candidate a plus.
• 2–4 years of accounting experience, ideally in public accounting, nonprofit, manufacturing, or
• Strong technical accounting foundation, including solid working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and
• Clear understanding of how the balance sheet and income statement interact, and how individual
• Hands-on experience with month-end close, journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
