Staff Accountant

📋 Description

• Manage daily accounting activities: Maintain complete and accurate client financial records
• Process financial documentation: Review and process invoices, bills, receipts, and other documents
• Maintain accounting data: Enter financial information into cloud-based accounting systems
• Support client relationships: Communicate with clients through email and video calls
• Prepare financial reports: Organize accounting records, financial statements, and supporting
• Manage accounts payable and receivable: Process routine transactions, monitor outstanding items

🎯 Requirements

• At least one year of bookkeeping experience
• Familiarity with cloud-based accounting software, particularly Xero and/or QuickBooks Online (QBO)
• Understanding of basic accounting processes including transaction recording, invoice processing
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer service-oriented approach
• Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
